We provide a bespoke recruitment consultancy in Administration, Telecoms, Finance, Construction, Sales and Marketing. Professional CV writing services as well as intensive interview and career coaching are also available. Set up in 2006, it is run by Directors Justine Negri and Michelle Byrne. Together they have over 15 years working experience in Recruitment and Telecoms.

Sole Recruitment is a refreshingly unique and bespoke recruitment service. We aim to match honesty with precision whilst maintaining a professional and sustainable relationship with our customers. We build ethical relationships with our clients rather than just contact lists. We urge the client to explain their company vision, values and culture so that we get a very clear understanding of their requirements. We find it important to physically see the office space and its functions so we get a better grasp of the company as a whole. If possible, we like to meet fellow managers and colleagues to get more hands on information.

Once this is clear we form a partnership to find the best possible working solution for both the client and the successful candidate.

Our sourcing process consists of intensive vetting and screening which includes listening to the candidate’s exact needs, confirming their experience and qualification requirements as well as strict reference checking. We ensure that we do not define the candidate only by their paper based CV but also by their life experiences and the kind of person they are. The candidate’s ability to integrate into our client’s organisation from a personal and social perspective is an integral part of our selection process.
