We provide a bespoke recruitment consultancy in Administration, Engineering, Telecoms, Finance, Construction, Sales and Marketing. Professional CV writing services as well as intensive interview and career training and coaching are also available. Set up in 2006, it is run by Directors Justine Negri and Michelle Byrne. Together they have over 15 years working experience in Recruitment and Telecoms.

Our sourcing process consists of intensive vetting and screening which includes knowing the client's exact requirements, listening to the candidate’s exact needs, confirming their experience using competency based interviews and qualification requirements as well as strict reference checking. We ensure that we do not define the candidate only by their paper based CV but also by their life experiences and the ire defined skills set. The candidate’s ability to integrate into our client’s organisation from a personal and social perspective is an integral part of our selection process.
