Since its formation in 2006, Sole Recruitment has seen substantial profitable growth, as well as the expansion of the services the business has to offer. Born on the principle that the provision of a 1-1 personalised service (i.e. providing time and attention to tailor every person’s specific needs to their exact requirements) we have been able to grow as a business as this ethos has generated large repeat and referral trade.

Together they have over 15 years working experience in Recruitment and Telecoms.

Our sourcing process consists of intensive vetting and screening which includes listening to the candidate’s exact needs, confirming their experience and qualification requirements as well as strict reference checking. We ensure that we do not define the candidate only by their paper based CV but also by their life experiences and the kind of person they are.
